
Artist Bio
Ahmad Anwar was born in 1996 in Singapore. He was raised as a Malay Muslim and uses his own ethnic and religious background as a departure point for his works. Being of an ethnic minority in Singapore, he commentates about how human behaviour can often be associated with their own social or cultural background and that society plays a role in bridging this connection.
